Villa Filia is a beautiful, brand new, fully equipped holiday villa with its own 8 metre (25 ft) private pool. It can accommodate six people.
This new luxurious villa benefits from being only 10 minutes away from Paphos airport. It is set amongst the most prestigious and relaxing Secret Valley Golf Resort. Whilst Villa Filia is surrounded by rolling hills and distant views of the coastline the beautiful old town of Paphos is only a 20 minute drive away with its attractive bars and restaurants.
The nearest beach is just a 2 minute drive away. A five star Intercontinental Hotel, restaurants bars and leisure facilities are a 5 minute drive away on Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort.

Upstairs a large landing leads to the master bedroom having its own en-suite. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom / WC.
Each room has twin beds but these can be made into doubles if required. The master bedroom has its own balcony with distant sea views and bistro table with chairs. Ample wardrobe space is provided in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. There is also an additional WC.
A very spacious lounge overlooks the pool and landscaped garden. Satellite television, CD, DVD, i-pod stereo docking station and a small library of books, games and discs are provided for your use.
The dining room has seating for 6 people looking onto again the landscaped gardens, and outside eating area where a BBQ is provided. A shower under a palm tree completes the garden.
Villa Filia is fully air conditioned/heated at no extra cost and there are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the dining and lounge areas.

With it being just a 10 minute transfer from Paphos airport, 10 minutes from the beautiful Pissouri, 20 minutes from Paphos centre and only 35 minutes from Limmasol it makes an ideal base for walking, sight seeing and shopping.
